Of what Dana has done getting WRs/RBs to not only excel on the field (despite the play-calling at times) but getting them noticed by the NFL.
Tavon, Stedman, Geno, KWhite, Smallwood, Sims, and now Gibson, Shorts, Durante, Crawford, Ka'raun White and hopefully McKoy here at WVU alone. While he was an assiment/OC he coached tons of NFL players as well.
I'm hoping Dana makes it so he DESERVES to be here for the long haul, because he has corrected a lot of his past mistakes. Lets see if he keeps it up.
