These questions have to be addressed. Does WVU have a psychiatry program at the school? If so, are there any psychiatrists that post on this site? I watch a lot of Discovery ID shows, and the nuts profiled on those shows have nothing on the alters that post here.

I have to think it's a mental illness or perhaps some weird psychological cry for help.
