All you people calling for Brown’s job after this win bring up how we were favored and nearly squandered it.
And that’s valid, except none of you expected us to be at 7 wins going into tonight in the first place. So how can you be mad about him winning a game you didn’t anticipate him winning when the season started?
So does he suck as a coach because he almost lost, or is he not so bad considering most had us pegged at 4 wins max and dead last in the conference?
You don’t get to have it both ways. I wanted him gone before the season started, but here we are at 8 wins and going to a halfway decent bowl.
He’s earned another year at least.
