Calendar just turned over a new year a couple days back, and you're already in preseason mode? It takes talent and a lot of breaks going your way to run the table. You must be high as well.
The point was that you said Marshall has just as good a chance as WVU.
First, a G5 team has almost no chance of getting into the CFP as it's currently structured.
Second, Marshall is in the lower half of one of the worst G5 conferences, conferences that have little to no shot at all.
WVU is in a P5 conference and finished 3rd in it. We have a much better chance from where we are than Marshall does ... to suggest otherwise is lunacy.
Oh contrare, yes we are G5 and you're P5, but your conference has been left out 2 of the three years. And while you did finish third you had the benefit of Baylor, TCU, and Texas being down. I'm not arguing MU vs the big 12 champ, I'm arguing that WVU will never win the big 12 which means they'll never sniff a playoff
