I could see Phillip Montgomery taking the spot (unless he goes to Baylor) since his offense would work best up there with the personnel and I don't see Harsin leaving Boise St.

Everyone leaves Boise State. If WVU isn't even a destination job, then at best Boise State is a roadside motel or a rest area of coaching jobs.
