I agree, and what he's done in Fla. is impressive. He doesn't have the charisma, yet, needed to run a successful national campaign though. This was apparent during the Primaries.

Vance would beat him for that very reason. He appeals to more people throughout the rust belt. That's not a knock on DeSantis and his ability to get shit done. It's just a fact that like you stated has been proven. Florida isn't Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, Arizona, Georgia or Pennsylvania.

What's humorous to me, is that THE would have agreed with you 5 years ago.

I mean, to be honest, I can see a tactic to where raging about H1Bs is negotiation tactic to save those but get concurrence on border security and deportation.

What I really want to see is for the sanctuary cities and states to have federal dollars pulled from them, dry up the NGOs, and arrest the DAs, Mayors, and Governors who are aiding, abetting, and violating federal law. Charge their ass and see how it plays. Maybe they beat the charge, but it’s long past time for accountability.

And I’ll go further and say that I have zero patience for the Congressional oversight play that drags on into nothingness. The headline game. That strategy worked with a strong 4th estate, but with new media that doesn’t work anymore.

It’s funny, I distinctly remember Trump stating he had no issue with legal immigration. H1Bs are legitimately that. This whole ordeal is contrived to get the isolationist part of the base up in arms to try and pull Trump left.

You have no idea what is going on. The H1B game is rigged. They post the job at 30k+ below market. No American takes that job. Then they bring in the low IQ Hajji's.

It could also be that the IT sector was flooded with supply, Tech companies and even .Gov hiring people without degrees but with skill set yet being able to pay accordingly for the lack of formal degree’d engineers. And yes, I do know what the fvck I’m talking about in this area.

It is a problem, but minor compared to open borders. That Vivek and co brought up uncapping all country numbers is what set it off.

This past summer at the Greenbrier I noticed service was suffering, and was told they were short staffed. Noticed that there was not nearly as many "foreign" workers brought in.

While the system is being abused, there is a need for it as well, as many places couldn't operate without it.
