If true needs to be treated just like a drug dealer. Life in prison and lose everything, home , cars and life savings.
A Republican senator was found guilty last week of insider trading. Had to pay a 10,000 $ fine and give back the money. Can't recall his name, believe he was from Indiana. That's bullshit. He should have lost everything right down to his underwear.

Menendez is guilty of accepting bribes, of course, just like Joe Biden.
But the only reason Menendez is getting prosecuted and the typically lock step Dems are turning on him, is that he criticized the Biden Iran policy so Biden and the Dems will allow him to be ousted so they could hand-pick a Biden-puppet as his successor in the Senate from NJ.
Prosecuting Menendez also gives the Dems the appearance of equal justice. It's phony because if the Dems wanted to protect the corruption they would and Menedez would continue taking bribes, just like Joe Biden did.
