Geno Smith out 10 weeks, sucker punched...

And you probably think "denial" is a river in Africa. Pointing out the truth is not "bashing." Further, I had questions about Geno's stability when he was at WV and I voiced those questions. I thought the before game near riot he started was outrageous. (Was there more than one?) I expressed disappointment with his behavior in Austin. The WV press did him no favors by ignoring the obvious attitude issues. It might have helped him be ready for the real world. There's a lot more but you may have the last word since you need to feel like the victorious defender.

No, I'll yield the last word to you. I disagree with your approach (speaking ill of former players) but I respect the fact that you have an opinion and have expressed it here. I love my wife and would never trash her in public and sure, she has some flaws; I feel the same way about the Mountaineers. I bleed old gold and blue and would never trash former players in public (a message board). Some may call that being a homer but I call it being a loyal and devoted fan.

One thing's for certain: Everybody on this board nailed the prediction that being drafted by the Jets was the worst possible organization for Geno's future and would not go well.
