WVU Release GameDay Coming Back to WVU next weekend

ESPN's College GameDay Covered by State Farm is headed to Morgantown, W.Va., on Saturday, Jan. 27, for ahead of the Big 12/SEC Challenge matchup featuring No. 18 Kentucky and No. 6 West Virginia (7 p.m. ET, ESPN). The morning show will be live from the WVU Coliseum, beginning at 11 a.m. on ESPN, followed by an evening edition leading into the game telecast.

College GameDay Covered by State Farm is hosted by Rece Davis, who is joined by analysts Jay Bilas, Seth Greenberg and Jay Williams. Dan Shulman, Bilas and reporter Maria Taylor will have the call of the Big 12/SEC matchup featuring Kentucky and West Virginia.

This is only GameDay's second visit to Morgantown – the first was in 2009 when the Mountaineers faced then-No. 6 Louisville.

For the fourth straight season, the College GameDay site will be announced one-week prior to the show, ensuring visits to sites of top storylines and games appearing on ESPN networks each week.

The annual Big 12/SEC Challenge, in its fifth year, matches all 10 of the Big 12 members against 10 of the 14 programs from the Southeastern Conference. This year's Challenge includes seven ranked teams. The matchups, to be played on Saturday, Jan. 27, include:
