I think so too. A few things point that direction. I think the extension he signed a few years ago runs through next year. My hope - he goes all in on top tier ($$$) transfers, and having Johnson & Eilert a generation younger than our typical assistants could help with making the personal connections to seal those deals. Keeping the personalities from clashing - which was a high spot this year - will be key.

Not having Wague hurt in this game. He is much more athletic than bell and could have stayed with Reese a lot better. He would have fouled out too, but probably would have caused a few more disruptins as well.

He might be forced but it will playout like a victory lap. I'm sure forced or not many here will claim he was fired.
