The report was scheduled to come out today. But his resignation quashed that. The Democrats better have hard evidence to produce during the confirmation hearings or it's going to blow up in their face, again (ex. Kavanaugh). Rumors are that they have "proof", but if it's simply eye witness testimony, then that won't work. I also don't see Trump and his group nominating this guy if they had any thoughts that there was evidence. They understand that "rumors" will not hold up in confirmation hearings anymore, not when they have the majority.
If that were factually true, don't you think it would have been discovered with hard evidence by Biden’s vultures in the DOJ? Not only did they not find the charges credible, they didn't even bother to indict him or at least try to make the smear stick! They dropped the whole damn thing @moe.

He was cleared after Biden's corrupt D.O.J. did their enema on the sex trafficking charges against him. A lot of swamp dwellers are upset with him for leading the charge to get rid of impotent Speaker McCarthy, and that's why so many in "the club" hate his guts. I like the fact Trump nominated him not to make friends, but to clean house in that corrupt D.O.J. He's despised by the swamp just like Trump because so many of them are about to get whacked.
