It’s actually debatable which is better for the Ukrainian people, keep the current Ukrainian regime or be absorbed back into Russia.

People need to go study up on Putin when the USSR collapsed. He didn't side with the Communist. The Commies have been pissed with him since then. When they attack him they are not attacking the old USSR. They believe he is in the way of the Communist regaining control.
That doesn't make him a friend of the United States. But people need to understand why he is hated. Didn't stop the Clintons from taking money from him though.
I've been reading on much of that subject lately and I find the arrogant ignorance of the Democrat party sad .
