Kingston (Ga.) Cass 2026 quarterback Brodie McWhorter told me that he had a great conversation with head coach Rich Rodriguez the other day. They just talked about his past with the program and how he is happy to be back. The message was clear and it's that he has exactly what Rodriguez wants at the quarterback position and he loves his film and how much of a competitor that he is. He told McWhorter that he is a priority and he is looking to get down to Georgia to come and see him in the next few weeks. He also said that he would love for McWhorter to make it up to Morgantown for the junior day Feb. 1 just to hang out and talk ball. McWhorter said that he could tell that Rodriguez is not only a good coach but an even better person that truly cares. He said he has remained in contact with Blaine Stewart through the coaching change until the new staff was hired.
