Kansas proved to me this series that they are the best team in the Big 12. They have solid pitching, very powerful lineup, and don't make costly mistakes.

WVU has crashed the past two weeks of the season, and it has cost them hosting a regional. The only way now would be to win the Big 12 tournament, which is not likely to happen considering the funk they are in. Hopefully they can catch some rhythm in the tournament and go to a close regional and make some noise.

Kansas seems to be the best balanced team in the B12. Their pitching took advantage of a WVU lineup that is pressing and no longer patient. I hope it can be corrected soon!

Thankfully ASU did not let us Mountaineer it again despite our best effort in going 1-5 in the final 6. But this is a horrible way to enter the post season.

Thankfully all the teams we beat ended up beating the teams that had the closest chance of catching us.

It's as if we did a complete 180. Crazy.
