All I have heard for the last almost two weeks is how WVU was guaranteed to be ranked in the final A.P. Poll as a result of its rout of North Carolina in the condiment bowl. But, guess what? The voters weren't impressed with a mid-week bowl win over a team missing 12 of its starters, including its projected top 3 NFL draft pick at quarterback. Not believing in the climb, sorry, not sorry.

WV did finish #25 in the NCAA coaches poll.....and unc wasn't missing 12 starters...it was 7......and WV was missing a few also....the key here is that WV won their bowl game

1...simply stating a fact.. and we weren't talking about nfl players, we were talking about starters and contributors..2 this season surprised me as much as anyone, but I'll take it...3..it's those 15 or 16 extra practices that really count...the "w" is icing and it looks good to recruits and it gives something to build on next year. Tell the truth....would you rather say "we scored 3 points and lost" or" we scored 30 points and won"?.......I'll hang up and wait for the answer

A fox smells its own hole, as they say. My basketball team is 12-3 and doesn't suck, but isn't great. Its NET ranking is 39th, the last time I checked, and 5-10 WVU is 195th. You should be an expert on "suckedness," whatever the he!! that is.

P.S., I have no idea who "AC" is, but if you're calling me Aaron Craft, then I accept the compliment!
