A very respected survey group completed a national survey this week and it showed that over 50% of ESPN subscribers would drop the channel if they could. This on top of the almost 10 million people who already have dropped ESPN in the last 2 years will cause ESPN to adjust what it is paying out for its content and will be a major drag to conference expansion. ESPN recently slashed the AAC tv contract. My bet is the B10 upcoming contract will disappoint and start the tide turning.
