Ex-Prosecutor Nails What Trump's Latest Legal Move Really Means

Former federal prosecutor Andrew Weissmann is putting Donald Trump on notice over his latest legal maneuver.

Attorneys for the former president, who was indicted on 37 federal counts in the classified documents scandal, this week asked to delay the trial until after the 2024 election.

It’s currently scheduled to begin in December.

Weissmann found that request to be very curious.

“If you are innocent and want to be vindicated, you ask for a trial before the election,” he wrote on Twitter. “If you are guilty and want to run on victimization, without being undermined by facts and law, you don’t.”

You're so into Trump. You are infatuated with his crotch. We all get it.

What specific policies of Pedo-Joe makes him a better president than Trump?

This trial will be full steam ahead in December just as scheduled. There will be absolutely nothing in it's way. Dipshit can try to drag his feet all he wants, but the trial is happening. We probably oughta sneak a couple more trials in as well before the '24 election, certainly Georgia. Jack Smith's sedition case is enormous and amazingly complex and it may take a while.

Hope you're right. It would be a Christmas miracle.

Can you lovebirds answer a simple question I’ve asked you for months? What did Trump do?
