I encourage all of us fans to take a deep breath, and show some grace. First we should show some grace to those coaches who are not going to be here any longer. While the results were not what we wanted, getting fired sucks. It hurts personally and it also hurts families, changing jobs moving etc is hard.
We should also show the players some grace as they determine their future. Change is difficult, losing a mentor or a coach is hard. Many of us change jobs because our mentor or boss leaves, it is the same for them. The venom on the board and social media to the players and coaches is embarrassing.
We are better than this, put yourselves in their position...you might look at things differently.
