The border issue is so flippin' easy. Lockdown and control the access points (ie, checkpoints and ports), build a half assed fence, not a wall, and offer $500 per head to anyone who shoots an ilegal crossing the border.

The number of illegals crossing the border would fall to less than 1,000 per day in 2 weeks.

Easiy and by far, the cheapest option out there.
