It's stupid for them to even complain about this. It's not a new concept. Anyone who is Essential Personnel in Government has had to give Billet Accomplishment for decades. Just because Biden's Administration didn't do it properly doesn't mean Trump shouldn't. Even the Military makes you do this once you start getting Fitness Reports. Obviously Certain Billet Accomplishments can't be distributed to everyone but Trump’s appointees need to be reviewing them.
For real! In my job @Gunny46 we have to not only list our "accomplishments" from the last sales meeting (held weekly btw) we have to lay out a strategy to meet our sales goals established by management! We each have "quotas" or "targets" we are assigned weekly, and we have to lay out our sales strategies for meeting them! There is no option on providing that information either. Not only that, we have to explain in detail how we expect to meet our sales targets, and then adding more intrigue to the process explain why we didn't hit them if we fail to reach our goals! Again, there is NO OPTION in providing this information.
These bureaucrats complaining about something as basic as "what do you do here" need to be fired immediately if they cannot willingly or efficiently answer that question!

A plan for a Year insight, a month insight, a week insight and a daily planner. Then everything you did to accomplish the mission given to you. This isn't new and they know it. It's nonsense to pretend otherwise. It's called being held accountable. It's also how you get help to become better. If they can't follow that simple guidance then they don't need be attempting to solve difficult problems. Someone like that wants to be in charge. FFS it was 5 Accomplishments. Nobody asked them to write an Operations and Training plan for the year.
If you can't give five Billet Accomplishments that should have been completed by lunch on Monday. Your leadership has failed you too.

I close more in gross sales in one week than that bot probably "earns" in a whole year on his part-time Government gig!

That's the average, I close just as many deals on vehicles priced significantly above that amount as I close on a few priced somewhat below that in mid 30's to 45K range. I close approximately 12 units per week, 48-60 on any given month.

Here's the most recent national sales figures. I sell in a high volume "upscale" dealership, so our numbers are roughly 20-25% above the national median averages...but this is a pretty good snapshot of what most folks purchasing new 2025 models can expect to pay.
As you know, the national median is a sample of all vehicles sold across all platforms. The higher end vehicles sell less in sheer volume, but bring up the average costs due to their higher sales values. I sell higher end fully equipped upscale SUV's, crossovers, and pickups....my #1 seller which has an average sales price of around 45K....higher end F250's sell @ around 75K
