DOJ not going after Zimmerman...Doc not pleased **

LMAO...not my hero...never said he was a model citizen...in fact

I believe I said he was an idiot...doesn't mean he was guilty of murder.

Why would they go after him.....

he was totally exonerated by a jury. I wonder what steps Eric Holder will take when he said this; "We, as a nation, must take concrete steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future." Maybe he should teach some how to become a
"model citizen".

EH hax no case in Fergusion or Zimmerman but had to make a

a political show in hopeless cases not supported by any evidence to convict.

2 fed political cases that there was never any evidence that gave them hope

Of winning. No surprise to anyone who followed the cases, that in the end there is nothing to justify a case vs Zimmerman or Wilson.

"I'm sure you're happy.".. told you this guy is a nutjob....

I was not involved in the case. The person involved was found not guilty and in the end Holder agreed. The bigger question is how Holder and others are going to fix the problem since they claim to know the problem. I never commented we had a problem.

"Anyone care to translate?" Yes, you can't accept "not guilty"**

wvu

a jury of his peers found him not guilty...the DOJ said they had no case

And you keep beating the same drum...LOL

Re: He walked because of poorly executed prosecution**

I don't know if there was enough evidence to support a murder conviction...manslaughter maybe...but I'll agree the prosecution wasn't very good...but was it because of what they had to work with evidence-wise or just incompetent?

Re: the DOJ said they had no case because they could only get one side

The other side being dead, and unable to talk of course. The prosecutor didn't help herself by going for the top charges of second degree murder, but the case just proved once again that Florida hasn't progressed all that much from the days of Rosewood.

Honestly I think it had more to do with succumbing to political pressure in the first place.

They knew out of the gate they didn't have enough evidence to get the conviction. That was why they didn't bring charges for nearly 3 months. It wasn't until the doctored 911 call that there was "outrage". Once that happened, they had to indict him or there was going to be hell to pay. So, they indicted him, over charged him knowing full well they didn't have enough to convict and voila, they did their job.
