A guy on the other site who is involved with the concourse work at MPS is saying there are now issues relating to budgetary concerns for this particular project.
I don't know whether this is true or not, but, I do know that WVU has built far too many athletic venues over the years that were done on the cheap. Examples of this that immediately come to mind with no thinking at all are the Natatorium, Touchdown Terrace, current IPF, and the Shell Building (which was supposed to be the original IPF).
Can't we just ONE TIME find the money to do one of these major builds or renovations correctly.............without cutting corners?
