I had mentioned in an earlier thread that he was listed Baseball America's seniors who may get drafted in rounds 6-10 with the knowledge that he wouldn't make the slot amount. His slot amount was $197,500 and only signed for $1,000, no that is not a typo, he signed for a thousand dollars. That's how unfortunately these kids get screwed if they stay in school four years, zero leverage.
