Dec 17th: WVU vs Memphis in Scooter’s Coffee Frisco Bowl

WVU and Memphis got a jump on the competition Wednesday afternoon. They will play each other in the Scooter’s Coffee Frisco Bowl in Frisco, Texas. The game is on Tuesday December 17th and kicks off at 9 p.m. EST. The Mountaineers come into the game with a 6-6 record while Memphis is 10-2.

Per Baker in the PC yesterday, they wanted it early so players can play in it before making a decision about the portal. This achieves that purpose.

I attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony there when the Cowboys opened their new headquarters in 2016. Any WVU fans who also root for the Cowboys should make this trip.

I don’t root for the Cowboys but likely will be going to this game. It’s about 20 minutes from the office so makes an easy trip after work and won’t have to miss any time.
