Listening to Rivals Radio on SiriusXM this A.M. on my way to work after dropping my girls at camp here in No.Va., and they had David Hale from ESPN, who covers the ACC, on to discuss ACC media days.

And he sounded exasperated when discussing the ongoing lawsuit with FSU and Clemson attempting to break the Grant of Rights. Here is what he said: "There is this perception that the Big 12 is stable and the ACC is not, and that cannot be further from the truth. The ACC is actually in a far better position right now than the Big 12. The Big 12 no longer has a single marquee team, and makes far less in terms of television revenue than the ACC. It's just that Brent Yormark presents the Big 12 in this way and is a better messenger than Jim Phillips..."

If this guy cannot see that the ACC is a House of Cards right now, and the Big 12 is in a far better position overall, then he really needs to hang up the pen and laptop.
