For 18-13 record. 2 teams were in 2022 March Madness with 17 or 18 W’s so I think WVU will be selected because NET says Mountaineers played 1 of 10 toughest schedules in America this season.
Beating Texas Tech for a 2nd time would mean 19-13 and solidify WVU’s place in the March Madness bracket.
If Mountaineers are a 12 seed then the jinx against the 5 seed – THIRTY ONE losses so far – might continue.
