I just caught part of the interview. Dana could not have been more complimentary of his time at West Virginia University. He called it a once in a lifetime opportunity. He said he loves the state and the people. But you could tell that he loves Houston a bit more. Not necessarily a bad thing, just who he is. Said he has been back there to the rodeo each year since he left and it is right around the corner.
Talked about WV being in the Big East when he started here and the transition to the B12. Eluded to the fact that is part of the Houston plan, to be invited to a Power 5 conference.
Overall good interview. No hard feelings either way. Time to move on.
