Could College Football Start Date be postponed by a month or two?

With two to perhaps three CoVirus 19 surges expected in many areas, it would seem late Sept/October may be timeframe allowing for normalcy.


Would College football shorten the season or delay start time- or perhaps shockingly play in the Winter/Spring ?
