I remember when the lovely Ginger Zee first came on to the national scene, the Weather Channel had her out for some stock footage paddling around in a canoe in the aftermath of a Gulf hurricane. It was believable because CNN has been hot garbage for years. They gave their credibility away and they have nobody else to blame when people doubt them.
