SCOTUS once again leaked a decision last week that President Trump’s September sentencing would not be delayed. With that information the Democrats went into immediate action to jail Trump.
The New York City Department of Correction is making arrangements for Donald J Trump’s arrival at Rikers Island in September with ‘special’ accommodations.

I also have info that Judge Juan Merchan will likely sentence Trump to one year at Rikers Island. Of course that is subject to change until the very last second. Judges discretion and all.
If Congress doesn’t step in and not just write letters and investigate, but take action (act like they are the Democrats!) on this marxist judge with most conflicts of interest I have ever seen in 40 years. In addition to his daughter earning tens of millions, her clients include at least half a dozen of the most rabid ‘never trumpers’, the same ones appearing on TV slamming Trump and giving commentary on Trump’s court cases. It’s insane!
What Chutkan did today by taking the rare—unprecedented?—step of allowing DOJ to file an “opening brief” on additional immunity questions is a way to put Trump on trial without a jury and little recourse.
Tom Windom, Smith’s prosecutor, told Chutkan the brief would be “comprehensive.” The document will include grand jury transcripts, 302s (FBI) and other cherry picked “evidence” to salvage the “Big Lie” narrative as people start to vote.
You can GUARANTEE DOJ will release new bombshells to put Trump on the defensive and create damaging headlines.
It’s a paper trial but without cross examination, defense witnesses, or other due process rights.
