Alpharetta (Ga.) cornerback Jaycee Horn picked up an offer from West Virginia a few weeks ago and he told me that he was actually expecting it because of the relationship he has with cornerbacks coach Doug Belk. When he was a freshman he worked with Belk at the Alabama camp and he has been doing that almost every year since so when he took the job at West Virginia Horn expected the Mountaineers to jump in the mix. Even though he was expecting it, Horn told me that he is very excited about the program and plans to make it up for a visit sometime in the coming weeks. He also plans to visit Louisville, South Carolina, Duke and Tennessee, among others and all of those have offered. Last season was actually his first playing cornerback and he recorded seven interceptions and he credits his play to his father, former NFL wide receiver Joe Horn. I'll have a lot more in an update soon.
