Can any conclusions be drawn from last night's draft?

i just took a look at the breakdown of players drafted by conference. The breakdown is as follows:

ACC 9
PAC 9
SEC 7
BIG 3
B12 2

Can conclusions be drawn from this? Possible explanations/conclusions,

Big 12 is less talented than the others?
The Big 12 pass-happy style doesn't translate well to the NFL?
The Big 12 has young talent that will result in more picks in the future?
Other?
