Agree, they make no sense, look at ESPN, they haven't made a change since pre-season. But just like you, I look at who says what about WVU to get an idea if there is any kind of "National Perception" about the team. I want to make sure we haven't totally fallen off the radar.

I believe it is a tax prep software company. I think this is the old Gator Bowl.

I would take the Tax Slayer or Liberty Bowl right now especially if it means getting a win over Notre Dame, Ole Miss or Texas A&M.

But personally I think WVU is capable of a better bowl than that.

If those are absolutely worse case scenario then sign me up

The idea on the bowls is that there is a behind-the-scenes effort by locals hosting the game to raise money for charity. If calling the Gator Bowl the Taxslayer Bowl gets that community effort some more cash I'm all for it. Ultimately it's still the Gator Bowl.

I disagree, and I draw the line on games with no name other than the name of that year's fly-by-night corporate sponsor. Won't buy any merchandise with that pathetic name on it, and won't support it by attending.

I vote for taking on Notre Dame again. We beat them for the NC a few years back and I have the documentation to prove it. I went to see WV play Clemson in a bowl a few years back. The program for that particular bowl stated that WV beat ND for the NC. Check it out.
