how in the world does that equal 6.9 wins a season again? That's 8.8 wins a season.

This is no worse that our Materials Manager math... example

our employees to dept. ratio should be 10:1

Dept has 153 employees for 17 depts.

He states we are over-staffed...

(Looks like you forgot total wins and total games played. It's not a season by season average. it's the entire decade. Holgs total is not a fair assessment as he does not have 10 years yet. )

Average = 7.6 wins a season.

Perhaps I should have stated win pct. of total games for a decade.
