Lost one of my best friends this past Sunday. He was one of my WVU college roommates and best friends. He had gliobastoma brain cancer. Five of us including Jason lived together on Grant and McLean for 3 years. Best years of our lives. We all stayed close through the years. We all made multiple trips to Chicago to help his wife (WVU volleyball girl) to take care of him over the past 2 years. God finally took him home on Sunday.
Me and my boys will be wearing WVU jerseys on visitation next week per his request. I'll be in my Major of course but this time for him. We're all going to wear the same WVU necktie for his funeral and put a picture of us on Grant Street together in 89 in his casket. This one hurts a lot.
He loved the Mountaineers like we do. Please send to a prayer out to him and his family. It's greatly appreciated. Cancer ****ing sucks.
