The phrase, “every nation, tribe, people and language,” isn’t talking about the rule of the antichrist. It’s saying who is in Heaven.
“After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb.” Revelation 7:9a
Misusing scripture to deceive people is something an antichrist might do.
I had the author of the book Satan as Barack Obama ask me to help promote his book. He is a successful engineer who has some legitimate theological training. He wrote the book under a pseudonym because he feared retribution. When I showed how he fouled up the Greek and Hebrew languages, and that his arguments were unsound and invalid, he became pretty angry.

Jews at the end of the centuries B.C. and into the early centuries A.D. spoke of Rome as the new center of false worship. Thus, Rome became Babylon to the Jews.

The Bible specifically says it's going to be a person, who runs World Government. Forcing folks to take the "mark of the beast" and who will appear to have all the answers for what is ailing the world at the time of tribulations.

According to the Bible, this man will have miraculous healing from a wound that will cause more people to turn and worship him as a messiah figure.

Revelation 13:5 says, “And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for 3 ½ years.”Interestingly enough, the Bible states that God will allow the enemy to have authority on the earth.
In Revelation 13:7 it is written that “…authority was given him (beast) over every tribe, tongue, and nation.” The Antichrist will gain full authority over the earth such as the world economy and religion. Of course, there will be people who will resist this authority and cause trouble by not taking the mark of the beast.
Those who do not worship the beast will be persecuted and killed.
6. The Antichrist Will Control the World’s Economy
Revelation 13:16-17 says, “He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”This concept may have seemed impossible 2000 years ago, but for today’s modern world it seems like we are getting there more and more. We have computer chips in our phones, cars, as well as credit cards. The mandates of COVID-19 and the vaccine are not the mark of the beast, but they are preparing the world for the mark that’s to come.

I think Bill Gates is incredibly stupid (as in gullible) so he's just not smart enough to be either the anti-Christ or pull off some of his hairbrained ideas. He didn't even really run Microsoft when he was CEO...his underlings built that company...guys like Steve Balmer. He was just along for the ride collecting the massive licensing royalties.
Musk may be a different story, since he is very intelligent. However the Bible says anti-Christ will arise from the Political class, not the business class. So unless he declares his candidacy for President, (and he can't in the US because he's not a native born American) I don't think it's him either.
