To be fair .....Biden's 3 and out law was and is a great law . The law did not lock JUST black people up . It locked lots of people up who refused to follow the laws . 3 and out should be used on a hourly basis. Legalizing pot is a different argument.

The application of the 3 strike law was not great. In principle it’s fine, it was severely abused.

All things can get abused . I agree with the 3 and out . Now talking about what should be a crime, That's where the main problem is .
Saying Biden had blacks locked up for pot is misleading at best . They was locked up for breaking the law.
