BTW, that joke he told at CPAC about his wife where he said "Mercedes". He was talking about Mercedes Schlapp, his former director of White House communication strategy. Everyone in the house got the joke. He spent all the time building up his Wife, then the punchline was introducing Mercedes when everyone thought he was talking about Melania.

I'd be willing to bet he makes no decisions on his own. He probably has no idea what he is signing. His handlers probably just give him a list of options with recommendations and tell him what's best to pick. He likely doesn't read any briefing papers. How can he when he can't even follow what's written in bold pica type on his "note cards"? He probably has no clue what he's listening to in meetings and he easily forgets the names of folks he's talking with from meeting to meeting. He has no idea what's on his agenda daily until he's told what he's doing next, and probably has no clue what he's doing when he's told to do it!
