MOBILE TICKETING
Bank of America Stadium has replaced the print-at-home PDF ticket option with mobile ticketing.
As a ticket holder, you may have received physical tickets in the mail. We strongly encourage you to use these tickets for stadium entry.
For patrons who did NOT receive a physical ticket, please follow one of the Step-By-Step Guides below, through your Charlotte Sports Foundation online account, to access your mobile tickets to enter the stadium on gameday.
To make sure your mobile entry goes quickly, please turn up the brightness on your phone and make sure to load your tickets to your phone BEFORE arriving at the stadium.iPhone Users: Add your Mobile Ticket to your Apple Wallet.Android Users: View Your Mobile Ticket on your mobile device.Sending a ticket to a friend? Send them their ticket by selecting the "SEND" button in the bottom left corner.PLEASE NOTE: PDF tickets, printed copies or screenshots of your mobile tickets will NOT be valid for stadium entry.

TICKET SAFETY INFORMATIONWe love seeing fans share their excitement by posting about their tickets, but please remember the importance of keeping your ticket barcodes private.
Do NOT post pictures of your active ticket barcodes on social media or other platforms which can compromise your ticket information and make it more vulnerable to theft.
Stick to posting photos without the barcode.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
NFL BAG POLICY IN EFFECTBank of America Stadium encourages fans to refrain from bringing any type of bags to the game or related events. Fans are reminded that the NFL Clear Bag Policy is in effect for this game.
Mirroring the NFL's mandated enhanced security screening procedures, ALL patrons and their belongings will be searched upon entry into the stadium.
Patrons attempting to enter with prohibited items are subject to ejection. All patrons will be screened using magnetometers.
