If we are going to make a home run hire, there has to be another factor, more important than money. And that generally involves emotion, like family or home. I think it far more likely we get a coach that views WVU as a step up from their current school or we get a high recognition name assistant that has college and/or NFL head coaching experience (e.g Schiano).
