My youngest and I will soon be en route to Greensboro to support our men's baseball for the flagship, land grant university of the great and proud state of West Virginia. I would like to apologize for both ruining this perfect start and unprecedented 10 game winning streak to kick off our sequel to a Super Regional appearance. For these are heights that a shitty program that was mired in the literal and figurative mud of Hawley Field, that we never thought we would aspire to as a "Northern baseball" school.
In saying all of that, I would like to apologize for what will, inevitably, happen later this afternoon when the Schleprock of WVU sports blesses First National Bank Field with his presence and disappoints his youngest daughter for the umpteenth time by being what some would consider THE "Brady Bunch evil Tiki necklace" of life.
