Since Vandarius Cowan has come back they have basically been splitting the reps there with Quondarius Qualls playing 53 snaps against Texas and 49 snaps against Iowa State while Vandarius Cowan has played 30 snaps against Texas and 27 snaps against Iowa State. This taking a lot of the stress off playing Qualls so many snaps and gives them an option that is more of a natural there. This is how they want this position to work moving forward to maximize the productivity with possibly even a third guy in the mix as they develop talent there.
