Moe won't be able to figure out that a person's race or sexual orientation does not mean they are qualified to do a job . California only requirement for upper positions ( any position) is being a minority . Moe is a shallow racist and only sees the outward appearance of people.
I will answer that for you. Los Angeles is burning at the rate it is because of the incompetence of the Mayor of LA and Governor of California. It’s not really a theroy though. More of a fact. All you have to do is turn on a TV or watch interviews of those affected. Even the liberals there are catching on to what is happening. You seem to be the one of the few who hasn't caught onto what's going on.

I'm no H/R expert, didn't know anyone did that but I'm sure you can cite examples. I know that DEI makes MAGA mad but what does it have to do with the CA wildfire response? Nothing. Faux News jumped right on the 'DEI kills' unhinged nonsense as a distraction to keep people from talking about climate change or to a lesser degree. MAGA is all about alternative realities. I'm sure they can improve on their regular sized and catastrophic wildfire preparedness and I'm sure they will.

Wonder if the people could file a class action lawsuit against the environmentalist organizations that made this situation 10x worse? I mean you can’t hurt the smelt or the mice. Can’t do any proactive measures to protect against fires or the environmentalist goes nuts. Think like they should be held accountable
