I feel that a WVU upset in ped valley is about a 25-30% chance of occurring.
I've said this a few times all spring and summer.
Three factors play into my thought process here:
1) GG has enough wiggle in his step and swag in his leadership.
2) ped st does struggle often in their home openers against lesser teams.
3) WVU is sick and tired of hearing how bad they are.
