When I first joined, my wife (no pics) and I had no kids. Now, the high school recruits for the 2025 class committing to WVU are 2 years younger than our oldest daughter (again, no pics). The Jason Gwaltney saga got me to join, and I figured that I would stick around for 2 maybe 3 years. But just as with the mafia, one does not simply walk away from Vernon and the Blue Lot. White, Slaton, and Schmitt had something to do with me staying as well.
The whole thing has now come full circle and Rich Rod is back in the saddle. With all that craziness, I appreciate seeing members on here that have been around longer than me. Familiar board names are all well and good, but it is also nice to know that the addiction extends beyond myself.
Twenty years down, who knows how many more to go, let's drop the hammer and win some F'n games.
