I wouldn't guarantee he's going to jail. It won't be from a lack of effort from the Biden Administration and local big city Democrats. Just a really good chance it all falls apart. Stacking charges is not a winning strategy. They hope it affects the election. I'm writing his name in either way if only to teach the Republicans a lesson. Most of us had enough of the games when it they started playing them when he got elected before. Should have fought harder then. So best of luck moving forward if they continue to be limp dicks about it.

That’s right. The goal isn’t really to put him in jail. The goal is to make Americans actually believe he committed crimes so they don’t vote for him. And if somehow something sticks and he did go to jail, well that’s great for them too. NOBODY would put this much effort into stopping him in 2024 if Biden had really won in 2020. NOBODY. The election was stolen.
There's a few radicals that think him going to jail would be a good idea. Most are posturing for election interference. Actually putting him in jail opens the door for others when momentum swings the other direction. You have to be a radical or window licker to think that's a good idea. I'm not even calling for Biden to go to jail. Just impeach his ass.
However if Trump makes it to prison I won't be defending Biden, Obama, or Bush from joining him soon enough. I know several Senators and Congress members that can join them. Followed by three letter Agency former Directors and employees. Then Retired Generals and State Department members.
Matter of fact I've never heard one Leftist admit it was all a hoax. Not one. They honestly in their hearts to a person believe Trump "colluded" but it just wasn't proven enough to convict him of it.
People have been trained to not follow politics because it’s not cool, it’s not polite, it’s not something to bring up in family outings or get togethers. It’s exactly how they want it.
Here's one of the better Legal analysis I've read why employing RICO statutes in this case against Trump is dangerous and probably won't work. It's a damn good read if you want to understand why this is so tricky or where this all could end up?

In other words this is a difficult court case to separate out the criminal activity from the political vindictiveness it's aimed at. Not only will it be difficult to prove, it will prove to be difficult to force a conviction because the Law is vague and open to interpretation over just what constitutes "criminal activity" when the actual crimes are in question?
