Here's the thing: In every election, the same counties, in the same states, have the same issues.... Whether is broken vote tabulating equipment, barring poll watchers, or whatever else.....the same counties ....do the same thing.....every election....
So what has the GOP done about it? Zippy. If, the GOP wins Congress,, then they need to start withholding money from these localities until something is done about this nonsense.
