For me, I want better recruitment and I want player CONTINUITY.
The last 5 years has had horrible roster turnover and the last 2 years have been ridiculous.
I want stability and a better program by recruiting players for multiple seasons - I want to see guys play together and grow as a team.
I know we are in a new age and it may be an uphill battle but I think it should an area of focus to strive for.
