He has made a few nice passes. Also a few bad ones, but an improvement over what we saw at Maryland so far. So far.
Greene would have scored in the last two plays. Extremely frustrating to watch this offensive stubbornness.
What the **** was that? 1st and goal at the 2 and we run back to back stupid as hell plays. Now we leave 4 points on the field and give VT a shot to score to end the half. Way to kill the momentum coaching staff.
WHY did Brown not take time inside the 10 yard line and score with no time on clock? Instead, he does hurry up with 3 stupid play calls, and gives VT a chance at the end of the half.
It's not hard to complain. Everything else could be perfect, but those 3 plays starting at 1st and goal from the 2 were absolutely stupid.
The stubborn attitude was doing freaking hurry up with under 2 minutes to go, inside the 10 yard line, Could have score with no time on the clock.
Because he and the staff make really stupid decisions sometimes. There is ZERO justification for everything that has happened since it was 1st and goal at the 2.
It's 3rd and goal. They only have 2 plays to score and 21 seconds is more than enough time. Letting it run down is a good decision to keep WVU from having much more than a return opportunity.
Imagine if our coaching staff would have decided to run the clock down. Would already be in the locker room, up 24-7, getting ball in 2nd half.
Looks like that's what is going to happen. Sometimes better to be lucky than good.

Play of the half for me is Leddie's 80 run.
Most under the radar play of the first half was Greene throwing it away out of bounds. The OL collapsed, and instant pressure was closing in very fast. Greene did great to throw it away. I've seen Daygay take those sacks when he could've thrown it away too many times. Green's heads up play set up the next play which was a beautiful pass by Daygay for a 1st down, and great blocking on that play as well.
