The waiver was submitted yesterday and there is no expectation on when they'll get a ruling. WVU always felt he had a good case and a good shot at being approved but they feel even better this time. Based on their response and what they're seeing from the NCAA on appealed cases, they seem to think he'll be approved. We all know the NCAA is unpredictable so I wouldn't start celebrating yet.
